Under the sponsorship of  the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Acts ( REFAATO), the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Dr. Mahdi Al-Alak visited a number of projects implemented by the Fund in 2017 at the University of Mosul. These projects included the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the following colleges and departments

1 - Buildings of the college  of Management and Economics / No. 4

2 - Buildings of the college of Arts and Department of Antiquities / No. 2

3 - Buildings of the Faculty of Environmental Technology / No. 2

4- College of Dentistry Portal/ No.1

5 - Center of dams and water/ No.1

The tour was attended by the Advisor to the Secretary General, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Immigration, the Governor of Nineveh, the Coordinator of the Government Effort in Nineveh Governorate, the President of Mosul University, the Presidents of the Universities, the deans of the colleges, the Under-Secretary of Nineveh Operations , and number of Directors of the Service Departments in the Governorate. The efforts of the Reconstruction Fund in the quality of projects implemented and efforts to serve the people of the province and secure infrastructure in preparation for their return to their areas and achieve security and stability.
