Under the slogan (humanitarian and social dimensions of reconstruction), the deputy president of the Reconstruction Fund- Eng. Dara Hassan Rasheed inaugurated the the second photography exhibition competition on the grounds of Fine Arts college hall, in presence of the Ambassador of the People Republic of China, the representative of the Embassy of Kuwait, the representative of the General Secretariat for the Council of Ministers media, the representative of Al-hashed Al-Sha'bi media, a group of officials and some interested personalities, and a bunch of people. The results were as follows:
Winner names:
First: Ali Fahdawi/ Al-hashed Al-sha'bi media directorate equally with Ali Ja'ri/ Photographers syndicate.
Second: Ali Jabr/ College of Fine Arts equally with Ja'far Hashim Radhi/ Faw General Engineering Company/ Ministry of Housing and Reconstruction.
Third: Eng. Hayder Juma'/ Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operation.
