Opening of Shanshal Sarha bridge which is one of the bridges of the international road linking Diyala and Kirkuk with a value nearly $ 2 million, financed by the Emergency Development Loan (EODP) and coordinated by the Reconstruction Fund. The bridge was bombed three years ago by ISIS terrorists organization to separate the north provinces from the central provinces and Baghdad. The Shanshal Bridge serves hundreds of citizens and provides cargo transportation in these provinces.
