Operations signed the first contract under the Kuwaiti grant with the Kuwaiti
Advisory Office for the establishment of nineteen health centers in five Iraqi
Provinces affected by terrorist operations in the first phase of the two-phase

grant.

The second phase will be signed next month and
includes the reconstruction and equipping of health centers and hospitals worth
85 million dollars
