The Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations held a training course on risk management for construction projects today in the Grants and Loans Hall at its headquarters in Baghdad.
The course presented a wealth of important information regarding the risks involved in working on construction projects.
Engineer Mohammed Ali Matar explained that developing skills to avoid the various risks faced by technicians in construction projects is essential for ensuring safety and security.
He explained that the course aims to highlight the knowledge areas of project management and to identify the various risks from the planning, design, and contracting stages through the implementation phases, all the way to the initial and final acceptance of the project.
It is worth noting that the Training Unit of the Administrative, Legal, and Financial Affairs Department has held numerous training courses on management, engineering, and financial auditing.
