His Excellency the Chairman of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, chaired the second meeting of the Board of Trustees for 2025, which was held today in the Babylon Hall at the Higher Institute for Leadership Preparation and Qualification in Baghdad.

In the presence of the governors of Baghdad, Nineveh, Salah al-Din, Kirkuk, Diyala, and Babil, the undersecretaries of the ministries of Industry and Minerals, Migration and Displacement, Health, and Water Resources, representatives of the Secretary-Generals of the Ministries of Defense and Interior, a representative of the Kurdistan Region, the Fund's Vice President, the Head of the Engineering Affairs Department, the Head of the Contracts Department, the Head of the Audit Department, the Finance Officer, the Planning Officer, the Secretary of the Fund's Board of Trustees, and the Public Relations and Media Officer, His Excellency discussed the proposals and recommendations on the agenda related to service projects in the liberated governorates.
His Excellency emphasized that the Fund is committed to all necessary legal procedures to ensure the implementation of service projects in accordance with technical specifications and as agreed upon.
His Excellency explained that the process of listing projects depends on the completion of the necessary requirements for submission in a manner conducive to acceptance.
His Excellency pointed out the necessity of joint cooperation to improve the service situation in the liberated governorates.
