His Excellency the Chairman of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations inaugurated the buildings of the Directorate of Agriculture and the Technical University in Nineveh Governorate
His Excellency the Chairman of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, inaugurated today the buildings of the Directorate of Agriculture and the Northern Technical University in Nineveh Governorate.
The ribbon was cut by His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund, Mr. Governor Abdul Qader Al-Dakhil, the representative of the Minister of Agriculture, Dr. Yasser Hassan Saleh, the representative of the Minister of Higher Education, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, the First Deputy Sirwan Rozbiani, the Deputy Chairman of the Provincial Council, Muhammad Al-Jubouri, the Mayor of Mosul District, Ali Al-Jubouri, the Assistant Director of Agriculture, Abdul Saeed Hammou, and a number of officials and dignitaries of Nineveh Governorate.
His Excellency announced the official handover of the two buildings and their occupancy by the beneficiaries.
His Excellency stressed that work is continuing to rehabilitate and develop government institutions and all sectors. His Excellency explained that there is a package of service projects that have been launched and work has begun on them. His Excellency pointed out the need for joint cooperation in order to achieve the desired goal and reach the completion of all the basic requirements for government institutions that have suffered from damage
