In the presence of governors and undersecretaries of ministriesChairman of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations chairs the first session of the Board of Trustees for the year 2025 His Excellency the Chairman of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, chaired the meeting of the Board of Trustees in its first ession for the year 2025, which was held today in the Baghdad Hall at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in Baghdad.In the presence of the governors (Baghdad, Salahuddin, Kirkuk and Nineveh) and the undersecretaries of the ministries (Education, Migration and Displacement, Health and Water Resources) and representatives of the Secretary-General of the Ministries of Defense and Interior and the representative of the Kurdistan Region and the Vice President of the Fund and the Head of the Engineering Affairs Department and the Planning Officer and the Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Fund and the Public Relations and Media Officer.
His Excellency discussed many of the legal procedures necessary to ensure the implementation of service projects in the liberated governorates.
His Excellency stressed that working to implement the design and implementation conditions and procedures in all new fire extinguishing system projects contributes to protecting buildings.
His Excellency pointed out the need to complete the listing requirements according to the required administrative contexts.
His Excellency explained that determining the type of operational or investment program in the project lists is important and essential in order to allocate the governorate.
His Excellency stated that work is continuing to rehabilitate and develop government institutions and all sectors in the case and aspects of the affected governorates.
