His Excellency the Chairman of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations participates in the extraordinary meeting in Diyala Governorate
His Excellency the Chairman of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, participated today in the extraordinary meeting held at the Diyala Governorate Diwan headed by Prime Minister Engineer Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, with the participation of the Ministers of Construction and Housing, Health, the Chairman of the Advisory Board, the Undersecretaries of Ministries, the Governor of Diyala, the Chairman of the Provincial Council, and the Directors of Service Departments.
His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund explained the effective and influential role of the Fund in the reconstruction of government institutions and all sectors, as Diyala Governorate is part of the Fund's project plan.
His Excellency stressed the Fund's commitment to implementing important projects according to the specified timeframes and the required technical specifications.
His Excellency pointed out the ongoing work to rehabilitate and develop government departments in order to improve the service reality in the affected areas.
On the sidelines of the visit, His Excellency the Chairman of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, conducted a field visit today to the Al-Batoul Teaching Hospital project, accompanied by the Deputy Governor of Diyala and the Director General of Health in the province.
His Excellency toured the project site, reviewing the rates of completion and the progress of implementation.
His Excellency stressed that the common interest facilitates the work mechanism and gives a great opportunity to complete the project.
His Excellency added that the Fund's plan continues to rehabilitate and develop service institutions for the benefit of the citizen and convince him that the government is committed to supporting him and providing the appropriate climate that helps him work and practice life freely and stably.
