His Excellency the Chairman of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Operations Meets with the Chairman of the Financial Supervision Bureau.
His Excellency the Chairman of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Eng. Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, met with the Chairman of the Federal Financial Supervision Bureau, Dr. Ammar Subhi Khalaf, at the headquarters of the Bureau.
During the meeting, a number of topics related to the oversight and auditing work carried out by the Bureau in the Fund were discussed, as His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund indicated that enhancing the concepts of integrity and transparency are the basis of the Fund's work to preserve public money and combat administrative and financial corruption, which is reflected in the reconstruction process. This can only be achieved through close cooperation and coordination between the Fund and the supervisory authorities.
For his part, His Excellency the Chairman of the Court stressed the importance of the observations included in the audit reports and taking them into account in order to manage resources correctly. He pointed out the extent of cooperation provided by the Fund, represented by His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund and its employees, which was clearly reflected in completing the requirements of the audit work and completing the annual report for the year 2023. The annual report for the year 2024 is currently being completed.
