His Excellency the Chairman of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin al-Jubouri, visited Tikrit University today to view the projects implemented by the Fund.
The visit of His Excellency the Chairman of the Fund was attended by the Governor Badr al-Fahal, the President of the University, his assistant, and a number of officials.
