The Chairman of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations chairs the fourth session of the Board of Trustees for the year 2024
His Excellency the Chairman of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, chaired the meeting of the Board of Trustees in its fourth session for the year 2024, which was held today in the Babylon Hall at the Higher Institute for the Preparation and Qualification of Leaders in Baghdad, in the presence of the Governors (Baghdad, Salah al-Din, Kirkuk and Diyala), the Undersecretaries of Ministries (Health, Electricity, Migration and Displacement), representatives of the Secretary-General of the Ministries of Defense and Interior and the Kurdistan Region, the Head of the Engineering Affairs Department, the Head of the Administrative, Financial and Legal Affairs Department, the Head of the Control and Auditing Department, the Director of the Contracts Department, the Finance, Legal and Planning Officers, the Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Fund, and the Relations and Media Officer.
His Excellency discussed many issues related to service projects and all sectors.
His Excellency confirmed that the Fund approved the 2024 project plan funded by the Special Programs Program.
His Excellency indicated that presenting the status of projects funded by the 2023 investment plan contributes significantly to overcoming delaying obstacles.
His Excellency explained that solving problems and obstacles in implementing projects addresses the factors of time and durability.
His Excellency pointed out the need to adhere to the directives of the Prime Minister, Engineer Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, to intensify field visits to projects and audit the lists in order to improve the service reality according to the type and size of work.
His Excellency indicated that the Fund is committed to all necessary measures to ensure the implementation of service projects in the liberated governorates to return them to the forefront and stabilize them.
