The head of the Reconstruction Fund for areas affected by terrorist operations meets with the former Speaker of the House of Representatives
His Excellency the Head of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, met today, Tuesday, 1/30/2024, with Dr. Salim Al-Jubouri, former Speaker of the House of Representatives, to discuss ways to advance the work of the Fund and support the projects it is implementing.
His Excellency the President of the Fund indicated that the Fund’s plans to implement projects are progressing at an increasing pace and within the timings specified in the contracts concluded, adding that “the Fund is keen to cover all the affected governorates and within the plans prepared and sent by them,” praising “the role of the engineering and technical staff at the Fund’s headquarters and branches in the governorates.” By achieving the Iraqi standard specifications required in the implemented projects.
His sovereignty affirmed the continuation of the projects implemented in Diyala Governorate and other governorates with funding from the Fund, which included many vital sectors that serve the citizen, achieve stability in the affected areas, and support the infrastructure there.
While the former Speaker of the House of Representatives praised the position that the Fund possesses due to the great tasks it performs to raise the level of public and basic services for citizens in several governorates.
