The Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations inaugurates a project to rehabilitate and develop Street 30 in Baiji District in Salah al-Din Governorate.
The Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations opened the rehabilitation and development project of Street 30 in Baiji District in Salah al-Din Governorate, in the presence of the Governor, Mr. Ismail Khudair al-Haloub, the District Attorney, the Fund’s branch director, and a number of notables from the region.
The Fund's branch director, Muthanna Mahmoud, announced that the street had been completed and handed over to the beneficiary party so that it would enter into active service for citizens in the Tamim neighborhood.
He added that this project connects the Tamim neighborhood, nearby neighborhoods, and the main street connecting Baghdad and Mosul.
He explained that the work included the two-way and back roads with a length of three and two hundred kilometers (3200 metres), in addition to sidewalk and lighting works.
It is noteworthy that the project is part of the Food Security Reconstruction Fund projects plan for areas affected by terrorist operations for the year 2022.
